Heavily inspired by old school 1970’s Cuban, Puerto Rican & New York dance bands blended with Contemporary Jazz, Soul, R&B & Timba
Malo Malo recently released their debut album “Australeño introducing their popular original recordings El Robo, Tombola, Derecho, Acuarela,” & Ritmo Caliente
Latin rhythms including Guaguanco, Son Montuno, Mozambique, Cha Cha, Son, Songo & Bolero are presented with a distinct & enriching originality
Malo Malo have headlined the Sydney Salsa Palladium for the past 4 years
Featured at Melbourne’s Johnston Street Festival the last two last years
Toured to Colombia with special guests from Grupo Niche, Hermanos Lebron, Calibre and La Mambanegra
Danny G Felix has recorded some of the biggest current international salsa hits as a member of Orquesta Calibre & Marea Brava
